The food across all restaurants was AMAZING. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood. The buggy service around the resort was frequent and efficient. It made getting around the large hotel VERY easy (especially with kids!).

The room was big. i really enjoyed the buffet meals. They had a lot of variety. i am on a gluten-free diet. The chef was happy to prepare pasta and pizza for me when i asked. the staff are kind. They helped me a lot.

relaxing escape

expansive groundsquiet villaexcellent team
The hotel grounds are expansive and full of greenery, which i found calming. our villa was very quiet and away from other guests. some of the staff were excellent. The helios team were helpful, as was the barman at adam & eve! food quality was good but required careful choices.
the tap water had an aftertaste so we bought evian, which cost €7 a bottle and was sometimes unavailable.

the hotel offers two distinct beaches, north and south, though i preferred the north. the north beach provided clearer water for swimming. the south beach experienced higher winds .

the location proved acceptable for exploring nearby areas.
the door lock malfunctioned. it required the entire morning to rectify, denying me access to my room from breakfast until lunchtime. this was a significant inconvenience.

The staff proved helpful (a definite plus).
The buggy service lacked organization. It was difficult to locate them. The restaurants required reservations far in advance, which left me with few options. The buffet had mediocre food for the price. I found the service disappointing for a supposed 5-star facility.

The north beach provided a suitable spot for snorkeling.
The open-air dining experienced a hygiene concern with birds present in the main restaurant. I saw them on the cutlery, A POTENTIAL BIO hazard. The shower in the room also leaked water onto the bedroom floor.
